Fibres in Food

Complex carbohydrates and indigestible residue of plants in our food are called fibres.Adequate fibres promote digestive health by better bowel movement and biochemical environment of digestive system.Fibres in our food reduce cholesterol and toxins.Some important tips are being given here:-
1.Avoid high fat and saturated fat food and cooking in polyunsaturated vegetable oils.
2.Use of Omega B fatty acids found in fishes should be increased in our food and protein of all kind should be taken moderately.
3.Animal protein should be repraced by soy food and more vegetables.
4.Use of whole grain should be encouraged with fresh fruits and salad.
