                             To relieve us of our day to day tension and avoid things which cause hypertension, in addition to doing nothing, listening to good music and instrument, speaking slowly and not thinking of perfection in our work everytime, we should organize ourself properly for any house or office work we have to perform.One very good way for all this is to prepare clear action plan for every work, breaking the whole work into small pieces of deliverables.
                     Intake of fibre rich and fermented food should be maximised in stress conditions.Natural  and least cooked meal, moderately fermented and fibre rich food is always better because of its nutritional value and more of healthy fibres.It is easier to digest because cellulose of this food is broken and probiotic contents get naturally added by fermentation.It restores bacterial balance in the body supplying enzymes and detoxifies the system and works as antioxidant.
