Anti-Aging Food Tips

We hear that apple can prevent so many diseases and keep doctors away in long run. Half roasted flex seeds are rich in Omega 3 fatty acids. Turmeric, Mustard, Clove, Aloe Vera, Sesame seeds, Garlic, Onion and Asperergus roots are great anti oxidants and anti-aging foods.
Beets sharpen mind and increase blood flow. Celery leaves are very rich in rare nutrients like potassium and beta carotene. Pith of oranges are great source of Vitamin C. Berries of all types are good for urinary system and avoid infections of digestive systems. They are rich in anthocyanins and reduce cholesterol. Figs are best anti-aging with high fibers. Broccoli fights infections of body and inflammation of arteries. It has high beta carotene and Vitamin C. It will be a great habit to add some of it in our regular diet.
