Stress

Stress is a constraining force acting on a person who is attempting to cope with this force exerts himself and consequently feels fatigued and distressed.It disturbs the natural and usual equilibrium.The word 'stingere' means draw tightly.
It is also very true that stress depends on one's perception and appraisal of events.More you think you are deficient, problem is enlarged naturally.In fact anything and everything either by its presence or absence can be a reason of stress.
Stress if managed properly and coped in a well thought manner goes to change the personality for better results.It also develops our inner strength.The best way to avoid stress in long term is flexibility and realistic approach towards things and events.
