The enthusiastic and high sounding narration about present IT industry scenario of India is far from being correct Recent reports and state of economy as well as industry goes to prove that the IT weather in India is deteriorating very fast. Wipro and Cognizant have recently started reducing the number of employees because of predictable reduction in work and task in the enhancing global economy.

India is very powerful in this sector but the new digital economy earnestly demands innovation. We have to shift from mere service providing and knowledge outsourcing images.

Export from INdia

It has been decided that export turnover from India up-to 2022 will be about trillion dollars up from   present 440 billion dollars.There are some very important steps to be taken for achieving this important ambition- first priority in this regard will be announcement of incentives for the sector of drug,chemical,engineering industry and goods.Second  priority will be our textile,leather and other labor intensive industry sector.Thirdly we have to automate our ports and simplify custom rules and go for ease of doing business and preparing  strong online platform.Fourth important point will be focusing on improving product quality,removal of traces of pesticides and pathogen as well as  complete elimination of illegal dyes.Fifthly we have to make equal playing fields giving 5%extra on transport giving relief in GST.Sixth important step will be effective promotion of retail exports.Seventh very important thing will be maximization and effective promotion of product exibitions in the different parts of the world.

The Magic of Surrender

Surrender to some honorable person or a teacher (guru) is apparently a sign of annihilation of ego.
