Corruption

According to The Times Of India News, 20th Dec 2014 in the projects 22% cost is paid as bribe in Maharashtra, from clerk to politician a fixed percentage is offered to get work order. No bidder dares to challenge this system; and everyone makes it sure that he gets his piece of cake.
What is corruption? It is a particular type of behaviour, deviation from normal duties of public role because of personal gains. This includes bribery, nepotism and misappropriation of any kind.It is basically and broadly abuse of power and public office for personal gains.Corruption of any kind impedes rule of law, democracy and federal structure of states.Loss of legitimacy of institutions is caused by corruption which reduces transparency and distorts political development sustaining nepotism and patronage system. It is manifested in society in the later stage as political intolerance. In the economic field corruption leads to depletion of national wealth. It increases cost of goods and services, it leads to misallocation and diversion of public wealth, finally leading to unfair competition and impoverishment of entire population. All this widens gap between the rich and poor resulting lack of basic needs in multiple forms of hatred and jealousy.

Mahashivratri

Mahashivratri is great night of Shiva, the great destroyer shown with his right foot on the dwarf which depicts rejection of darkness and ignorance. The crescent moon on his forehead indicates  perfect and super control of mind.Shiv, Bhim, Ugra, Rudra, Pashupati, Mahadev and Eashan are eight personality forms of Shivaji.Natraj is the dancing Shiva with nature and Bhairav is the abstinence of God.In the same way Shivalinga is expression of the formless and omnipotent Purush i.e. Shiv as nature is female power. The wood apple leaves, cold water and milk is offered on Shivalinga on the auspicious day of Shivratri and devotees make these offerings to adore and please Shiva.

On Love

Love is throbbing in every heart, even God is secondary to love, if not purely love it is more correct to say that 'love is God' instead of saying 'God is love'.Devotion is a way of melting and merging into existence. It loses all boundaries that divide us from real existence.
When Meera entered in the Bihari Temple(Mathura, U.P India), it is said that the priest burst out of anger saying that you have broken the rules; no woman can enter this courtyard.Meera said, "How you entered here? Except Ultimate everyone is woman there are no two men in the world.Forget all this nonsense".
In love the hearts are two but the harmony is one, music is one and the dance is one.Love and devotion are in fact the real death of personality and extinction of ego. What is mortal in us is thus dropped and the deathless only remains. The ongoing which knows no beginning and no end is left.
