Boosting Immunity


We should regularly take food supplements like vitamin B complex, vitamin C and D, Zinc and Magnesium and should try to take food rich in vitamin C such as Amla, Lemon, and other citrus fruits according to convenience. Main thing is balance of acidity and maintenance of alkaline medium in digestion up to 80% as acidic body is very prone to infections. First thing is to avoid all types of processed and canned food, sugar and refined oil. It is also very necessary to remain hydrated by water or different type of juices. A small dose of Ashwagandha, Giloy and Tulsi i.e. Basil taken regularly in any form maintains a very good profile of immunity. Ginger, garlic, turmeric, clove, cinnamon etc are all very good boosters. One very basic thing for immunity built up is freedom from cough, cold and other respiratory issues.
