Leadership today is a mutual discovery system. The old definition of leadership and staling executive gratification is to be avoided with its offshoots. This is a serious attitudinal analysis in the present scenario of the world. Glory of a leader is welfare of his organization but his power rests on the hearts of his staff and subordinates. Leaders have to rise to the standard of fathers with reverence so that people consider them guardian of all they enjoy.
Some tips and grooming principles for leaders are being narrated here:-
• Observe, orient, decide and act systematically with clarity.
• Start doing what is required even before you decide the best and executable course of action.
• Think, what works today is getting obsolete, there is immediate requirement of change; it is better to make a linear programme to change and diversify.
• Every self-deception is a cause of problem. We should continuously analyze and practice.
• Try to keep emotional bank account with your team and gradually cede control making the policy, intentions and aspirations clear.
• Never compare and humiliate your subordinates and staff.
• Create a culture of affirmation, participation in decision making and appreciation.
• Everything is fluid everyone is changing and developing and a fast mutation is there. Consider all this while taking decisions.
• Leaders are devoted only to positive attitude because they know; way of seeing the problem is the real problem.
• Think and ask yourself, what you can do for your organization and people; cutting all the obstacles focus on job at hand. Continuously remind it everyday at least twice.

Life and Love

Love transcends all the differences, color of skin and religion. It cures body, mind and spirit. Love conditions us for tolerance and simplicity and finally matures in total simplification of personality. Our habit and character is gradually changed by love and finally it results in a satisfied being and also the culture of peace of inner world. It is real happiness and wellness. Love makes us busy thinking of others which makes us happier in this way. In fact the more we think of ourselves we are sad, and those who think of others remain happy.
Love emanates from the vision of unity and it is unifying. All the achievements and success of the world without love are criminal ego. It is rightly said that glory, wealth and pride including anger and ego are mind’s obsession with division. These things finally result in war, struggle and violence of different kind. Love finds the unifying factor of the world which is flowing in everything as expression of consciousness and the field of its operation. We should simply learn the art of sidestepping our expectations and operate from love only. If once we start depending on love expectation gradually fades. Even if some of the expectation is there, it does not support our living and we finally depend on the power of love only.
Those who love simply watch things and never try to control them. Gradually they understand what comes and goes. This is a kind of transformation which matures in habitual watching of the source of thought. Thus all the negatives of life gradually end and purity is paved in our lives. That is why the loved and one who loves are always humble and simple. This is a complete process of purification of inner world. When the inner world of our mind is orderly we are able to see the external world correctly without any wishful deviation.

Core of Unity

Whenever we generously give to the creator or his creation, natural laws come to support us in return. This is how religion and real faith ‘every where and all the time’ make us bolder and bigger. The static precepts, rituals and superstitions of religion thrust on people are irritating. In fact what does not prove its worth on the test of time in the pursuit of care of life and living is repelled as religion. Care for life is neither subject of science nor intelligence which is dedicated only to improve the material condition of our physical world. This care of life and living is monopoly of empathy; sharing and understanding another's feeling.
People of modern society apply all possible shortcuts and cleverness to attain wealth and power. It takes away their peace. We also realize after sometime that none can do without truthfulness and human values. People calculate all the possible aspects to hold the fear of others, hiding their own fear, to exhibit themselves powerful and achieve comfort for themselves. They never come out of the nexus of profit and success. All this goes drying the source of happiness and bliss of existence is lost. It generates a lifestyle of consumption and a vicious circle of excess, waste and unsustainable. Material things only pacify and distract us for sometime and fail finally to satisfy us because, will of individual if opposes the will of creator, it will take us no where. The present anarchy and restlessness of our civilization is result of it. It is necessary to experience this being which is automatically flowing everywhere in this world avoiding all fragmentations. It is to harmonize with the will of creator only then oneness will be felt everywhere. It is basically the prime objective, which make us believe that we are shareholders with other creatures in basic life aspect. This gives rise to tolerance, love and universal brotherhood. Go with the flow of things unity will take charge of you and make you one with it.

Waste Not

Ground water profile throughout the world is getting poorer, area having no groundwater is being increased by 2 to 5% every year in almost all parts of the world. General temperature has already risen enormously and if it rises 3 to 4ºC more, half of the present species of animals will remain no more on this planet. Global warming and rise of temperature will increase the sea level, the abodes of coral and sea culture will be destroyed.
Half of the varieties of animals and plants are going to disappear before 2050. According to International Union of Conservation of Natural Resources, sixteen thousand and three hundred species of plants and animals are going to be extinct. Nearly more than 1130 species of mammals, 758 species of fishes, 182 species of birds, 250 species of reptiles and more than 100 species of amphibians is going to be extinct very soon.
It is said that desire to take makes you slave and intension to give makes you master. It is wastage of resources to seek control on others, it is deadly and poisonous for whole mankind to seek control on natural resources and energy of the nature. Restrain is a must in order to attain more of pleasure in any field. Self control is a great stimulant; when invited to a dinner we never fill our stomach just before going there. It is basic wisdom not to consume today what tomorrow may want ; neither leave that to hazards which foresight may provide for, or care prevent. It is our prime responsibility to disrupt the arrangements of nature as little as possible and utilize it when there is no alternative left or way out. We should add to the resources of nature, nourish and protect it as for as possible and sparingly use it. Nature has abundantly given us air to breath which is most important requirement for life. Second most important thing for life is water, which is available everywhere with a periodical cycle of recharge. Third important thing is food which is available in variety of forms in the nature. Let us appreciate and adore it truly like valuable gift to us from the creator.
