Leadership

Leadership today is a mutual discovery system. The old definition of leadership and staling executive gratification is to be avoided with its offshoots. This is a serious attitudinal analysis in the present scenario of the world. Glory of a leader is welfare of his organization but his power rests on the hearts of his staff and subordinates. Leaders have to rise to the standard of fathers with reverence so that people consider them guardian of all they enjoy.
Some tips and grooming principles for leaders are being narrated here:-
• Observe, orient, decide and act systematically with clarity.
• Start doing what is required even before you decide the best and executable course of action.
• Think, what works today is getting obsolete, there is immediate requirement of change; it is better to make a linear programme to change and diversify.
• Every self-deception is a cause of problem. We should continuously analyze and practice.
• Try to keep emotional bank account with your team and gradually cede control making the policy, intentions and aspirations clear.
• Never compare and humiliate your subordinates and staff.
• Create a culture of affirmation, participation in decision making and appreciation.
• Everything is fluid everyone is changing and developing and a fast mutation is there. Consider all this while taking decisions.
• Leaders are devoted only to positive attitude because they know; way of seeing the problem is the real problem.
• Think and ask yourself, what you can do for your organization and people; cutting all the obstacles focus on job at hand. Continuously remind it everyday at least twice.
