Stress Relieving

        There are some practical tips for stress relieving and management of stress:-

1. Do slowly, think slowly and behave old fashioned. It will avoid linear chasing of imaginary objectives which are automatically played as soon as we want something is to be achieved quickly in our mind through a linear programme.
2. Make a point for everyday that you do nothing for 15-20 minutes and sit idle. It is not simple but practice will make you perfect in this great art.
3. Get organised but never aim at perfection. Do the best you can do but never plan miniature details of works in smaller parts. The flawless execution test and effort is not good.
4. Music and yoga are also important for relieving stress.
