Nav Durga

Navratri festivals represent appreciation and bowing to energies of might, wealth and knowledge.
The First three nights of Navratri is devoted to 3 forms of Durga, Shailputri, Brahmacharini and Chandraghanta, the next three to Laxmi, Kushmanda, Skandhamatri and Katyayani, the last three to Saraswati, Kalaratri, Mahagauri and Bhagawati.
Mahabharat also commenced on Vijayadashmi and it is celebrated vidyarambha and shaastra, shastra puja as well.
Brahma is unchanged but shakti changes every moment though they are same in potential energy.It is said that Shiv gave his trident to Durgaji.Vishnu gave his chakra(disc).Kuber gave his clubs and Indra gave his Thunder.Goddess, the embodiment of energy challenged the demons and broke their tricks one by one.Thus when Gods unite, demons are defeated.Ram also killed Ravana invoking Shiv shakti and Durga on the same day of Dussehra.There is a tradition to bundle nine plants and bow to paraprakriti and parashakti.This Paraprakriti is also represented as Indra.
Love and devotion signifying unity are real wealth of life.Purity follows....

Health Road Map

1.Check your blood pressure regularly, it is a wake up call for fitness.Try to loose weight, for every kg we loose drops BP substantially, 2.5 mm systolic and 1.5 mm diastolic pressure.
2.Substitute refined sugar with natural sugar.The refined sugar is real villain of
heart diseases and loss of immunity.It triggers the adrenergic roller coaster and
starts the problems of arteries and heart.
3.Avoid fat as much as possible and substitute food rich in fibre.Have a cup of
yogurt everyday and some whole grains and nuts.
4.Start a health file for every member of the family, dine in group, plan outing and movies with family and friends.
5.De stress yourself by hobby, yoga and music.Count to 3 before reacting everytime.
6.Clean and moisturize your face before going to bed.Take plenty of water and use
humidifier.
7.Add vitamin A and C to your diet.Drink juices and lemon.Eat good quantity of
greens and keep yourself hydrated.
8.Avoid excessive salt intake and try to make a balance because too much salt
causes harm to every organ and too little of it may cause kidney to
secrete aldosterone which reduces urinary output and starts a viscous circle of
loss.
9.Chew food thoroughly.
10.Quit smoking, cut down alcohol and avoid stimulants.
11.Stretch yourself at least twice and remain physically active.

Identity

We read,write and think only our experiences of mind throughout the life.There is a process of continuous evaluation and comparison which is done on the mirror of mind with some existing old images.This is how,we remain clinging to social and personal identities and always fail to come out of this trap.Every greed results in war and competition results in far reaching fear.Higher we go in our life more insecure we become.In fact desires are to be stopped consciously and systematically in a planned fashion.Every moment is joy as soon as we get rid of these desires.All the activities without these motivating desires are solution of networking of life and milestone of wellness.
God,it is said manifests concern for all of us but till we live with currents of desires we remain only animal like and fighting for our requirements in the external world we pratically become inhuman.

Awareness

Today science and technology are on the highest heights but science can only try to understand and know the objective reality of world. Subjective reality can only be known by experiences of life and wellness called spiritually.
If only once this belief is sprout in our life that we are other and more than this body; glimpses of consciousness start pulsating. Now only by stilling our minds and simply avoiding mental noise one can strengthen the level of awareness and by gradual practice ii finally results in realization of our own consciousness. It is said that fools standout with their clothes, average people with their body but wise by their level of awareness.
We have to simply continue it with hope and tolerance and go on enquiring the mind.

Harmony

If we only try to harmonize with nature, gradually we are able to counter all bad effects (in the first stage) and even good effects (in the subsequent stage) of irregular worldly life and this mad race of materialism. This is how we can start concentrating on the thread of unity in the world. This is a spiritual journey. When the compassionate heart is beyond misconception and limitations of the thinking mind, it automatically breaks the block of separate existence and ego.
This is start of a great journey towards real wellness.
