Master Nutrient

                         Co enzyme Q10 is made in our body for antioxidant use in every cell.It is reservoir of energy for growth and maintenance.
                         It is present in organ meat, soy oil, fishes and peanuts. Ingredientwise it is ubiquinone also known as vitamin Q10. Soybean, sesame and rapeseed are good source of it.It is richly found in walnut, spinach, peanuts, azukibeans, wheat wholegrain and germ of wheat.Broccoli, ladyfinger and mushroom are also very rich in Q10.
                        This evaporates and vitally lost by roasting and high heating.It is found in oranges and strawberries in easily digestable form.Avocado, blackcurrant, grapes and apples have respectively 10, 3, 1 and 1 mg/kg of Q10.Peanut, walnut, sesame, hazelnut, chest nut, pistachio and almonds have 18 to 27 mg of Q10 per kg.It is good to take upto 12mg of it daily.
                        It prevents heart failure, Parkinson's disease, cancer and periodontal diseases.It helps in extraction and absorption of micro nutrients in our digestive system.
