Avoid Toxins

Availability of food free from toxins today is very difficult.Food which is higher on food chain has more risk of concentrated doses of environmental toxins.Eating lower on food chain we avoid these risks.
Organic agriculture movement today is publicizing harms of different types of toxins.We can minimize toxins of food by:-
1.Reducing consumption of processed food and preserved food.
2.Insisting on organically produced apples, carrot and other natural products and using peeled fruits and vegetables.
3.Reducing animal products as for as possible.
4.Using green tea.
