Happy and Superyoung

Friendship with people of all ages, sound sleep, romance and traveling keep us young as well as energetic. Regular exercises and walk for half an hour at least five times a week should be made a lifetime pursuit. Stretching ones in the morning and corrections of body postures while sitting, standing and walking is a must coupled with some vigorous physical activity at least thrice in a week. These things save energy and release growth hormones which help in retaining the potential of wellness.
Diet is very important for wellness. We should take carbohydrates including beans, grains and fiber as main ingredient of our food. One fourth of our meals should be fruits and vegetables, fifteen percent protein and five percent saturated fat. Alternate dozes of vitamin D and E, eight to ten glasses of water everyday act as cleanser and supplements our nutrition. Reduction of salt and sugar, chewing slowly and perfectly and hundred steps walk after every meal is very good for digestion and health as well as peaceful temperament. Reading good literature, exercises of vocabulary building, games of creativity and listening soothing music helps to keep our mind full of vigor.
Health, creativity, productivity and altruism being sustainable in day today life generates happiness and general wellness. Happy people always do better at complex and creative task while others being conscious of making errors, operate out of fear. It seems that people who have no money are less happy but after meeting basic needs and requirements money has a very small effect on happiness and wellness.
