Moderate Exercise

Exercise cuts flab, boosts energy and help stave off diseases from depression to heart disorders. If we simply expend hundred calories every day by being more active we lose five Kg fat in a year. This is in addition to the controlled intake of our food. Suppose we take hundred calories less and continue twenty minutes walk five times a week. Eight to ten Kg is lost in a year. Moderate exercises cure the most common type-II diabetes in most of the cases by taking glucose out of the blood stream to use it for energy requirements.
Workout is less about looking good and more about feeling good. This feel good effect is a powerful medicine for depression. Exercises make our joints flexible and muscles strong. The benefit can be enhanced by managing the eating habits and individualized exercise. Fitness level has direct relation with different type of bad diseases like cancer. Least fit men and women are attacked by cancer etc frequently and their death rate is four times higher. Increasing the tolerance and immunity level exercises act as anti-cancer mechanism. It also reduces blood pressure and increases the level of good cholesterol

bad diseases??: Can you tell what are good diseases ?

Most of the general ailments are not bad diseases for body wellness as they expel toxins and enhance immunity, some on the other hand harm other organs and system which is not reversible are really bad diseases.
