Wholegrains and Fruits

Fruits are very rich and natural source of food as well as energy. They provide natural healing and work as antioxidant in additional to energy recharge in the safest and zero sideeffect manner. Fruits it is advised should be taken according to temperament of the person (Whether Bat, Pitta or Kaf) and according to the season.
Fruit juices and dryfruits are good source of energy and protein but generally low in calories and fats. Whenever opportunity is there, dryfruits and juices should be added in our diet and taken frequently.
Taking wholegrains in our daily diet is also very good as a family habit. It provides a kind of insurance of health to the whole family and increases the power of resistance of the body of every member irrespective of his or her age etc. Wholegrains are generally rich source of magnesium, vitamin B and E as well as useful fibers and roughages. They also work as antioxidants. During the processing of cereals and grains to make flour, bread and other products, the germs and bran of the grains are mutilated and these valuables are separated in further processing and last completely. Thus, wholegrains not only provide nector of wellness but also save lot of energy of different kind of processing of food.
