Empathy

Out of the good lot of society people who feel empathy towards their family members, members of society and employees of the organization gradually establish as successful leaders. Intellect and wisdom justifies itself only by giving a balanced view of the life and society. Empathy is practical aspect of this feature of personality of a person.
Empathy acts like a glue to bond the people. It gives real power and strength in the world naturally carving a dependable person out of this. It is empathy to understand others, their views, likes and needs. It has been proved that people who lack empathy has more chances of falling selfish and destructive in the society. One who is full of empathy is generally interested in others and people around him are not jealous of his success and wellbeing. This is a real type of personality development and elevation.
It is inhuman and totally non-democratic to dismiss concerns of others offhand. Empathetic people try to decipher hidden emotions and requirements of people and try to understand their non-verbal communications. Simple heart and sincerity encourages these communications, providing access and possible help. If we analyze our own behavior, we gradually know the requirement of others and grasp much more than common people regarding aspirations of other people. For practicing this, we should first recognize our own shortcomings and mistakes. Only by a selfless mind problems of others can be thoroughly understood and acted upon.
