Internatioal Yoga Day

Today ,21st June is  International Yoga Day being celebrated world over after a record 175 countries endorsed it on international level.Yoga reveals the subtle science of manifold union before the world.The word Yoga means ,connecting individual consciousness with universal consciousness which removes the bondage of body and soul,a bond which really never exist and is impossibility. .Srimad Bhagwat Geeta  goes to reveal the progressive path from yoga of action to that of devotion.While pursuing it one achieves physical wel being and the way to healthy,harmonious and happy life.                                                                                                                                                  Just as good food,regular exercise and sufficient rest are important for our body to keep it healthy and strong, mind also needs positive thought and meditation to keep it healthy.By Yoga one can easily achieve union of Soul and Ultimate Reality,  it is through union of thought and action it paves his or her positive living ie life of peace with self .It makes him a real asset  for the society .                          Some of benefits of Yoga are---                                                                                                                Strengthening the body,helps relax our mind,helps cope with insomnia,improves body posture,improves flexibility,helps burn excess fat,improves muscle tone, improves function of internal organs,helps build mental focus and improves blood circulation .
