Yoga, Benifits

When we perform yoga and aasanas, we regulate flow of energy and prana through our bodies. It helps in flushing out toxins from our body. To practice pranayam is the most safe  and effective way to triggers the life force,yoga controls it even for  going beyond body limitations, yoga helps to strengthen and relax muscles and parts of body leading to fitness and wellness.
                  

                   It is called yog i.e union, because it makes the connection of body with the real source of energy, one who knows it by tracing it knows, the biggest reality, the Ultimate Reality.
