 Countries with declining population are fast increasing, total 41 in 2022 expected to be 88 in 2050.

Fast falling fertility rate is a bigger problem specially in lower middle income countries. Premature greying of workforce reduces productivity.,The negative effects effects of China will now haunt India too as we  became most populous country of the world.

Pace of economic growth is Indias main challenge and it should be our policy priority today.
