In the history of world civilization a single factor which has adversely affected ‘Wellness’ to the maximum is violence. Greed, lust, anger and fear give rise to violence whereas peace and love restrain from it. One saying of Mahabir Swami, a saint of first millennium that non violence is supreme religion changed the climate of whole Indian subcontinent.
Mahatma Gandhi said that violence is act of a really fearful coward. It is necessary to make non-violence sustainable to avoid the destruction of our cultures. If we really want to make non violence a way of life, the inner changes are required. War, peace, pleasure and sorrow begin first in our minds and get initiated only in the consciousness of a person. Unless we get rid of our ambition, desires and greed we can never achieve peace of mind. The Sun of non-violence shines only when all such worldly ambitions and desires as well as ego is wiped out of our minds.
Peace and non-violence are two gems of civilization. Peace is one of the names of God in Islam and paradise is named in many sects and religions as an ultimate destination, also called house of peace and absolute non-violence. One who is at peace with himself and society can only harmonize in this world and contribute for overall wellness.

The Truth
Truth is universal and always only one, though subjective to intelligence. What we experience and feel time to time in our life is not truth in original form but only a manifestation of it. The whole world and all lives are celebration of truth only. Living in truth will make us free from all fear because truth is actual existence of soul and consciousness which conforms the laws of nature. When it is realized, it governs our life and makes us free from all fear and causes of fear.
Diversion from truth is violence and its opposition is like writing death wish, even differentiation of truth is criminal because truth represents the highest harmony. Every truth, it is said passes through three stages. First it is ridiculed, then it is violently opposed and finally it is accepted as being self evident. Spiritual people who get glimpses of truth always unite people and materialistic persons always divide them. Ultimately unity is love and diversity is malice. That is why removal of hatred and conflict is prime ingredient of religion. Peaceful co-existence and non-possessiveness are the real religion. This is really truth in its practical aspects and working track.

Introspection
Stop choosing and discriminating! God loves you. We are all souls journeying on the earth plane. We have taken physical form to experience world as reality having thousands of such cycles and births. We are all souls with body and not bodies with souls. This world, mind and body emanate and extinguish in self. Efforts to attain wealth and power by underhand dealings and unfair means immensely deviate us and take away our peace. It is necessary to be truthful for having happy and blissful in life. All of us feel at some moment of time that there is something in us, which is greater than the experiences of our life and living. When you want to do something earnestly, the whole world conspires and helps you to achieve it.
We have to get rid of usual pattern of denial and resistance. We have to separate and being thoughtful, detaching past and future. We should also try to avoid and step out of time dimension whenever we get opportunity, being thoughtful. Thought of better future gives us hope and feels pleasant, thought of uncertain and bad future causes anxiety. Both of them are false. If we start listening voice of our heart or concentrate our breath as often as we can, the automatic process starts. If we listen impartially as witness we get rid of present load of recycled rubbish of world which is being publicized in loud pitch. Introspection will take you to the new dimensions called luminescence. Making our heart and mind pure, it takes us to righteousness, innocence, liberation and realization.

A Mind of Fear
We are all children of God, One who is full of eight glories according to old scriptures:-
1.Freedom and independence
Sometimes called self sufficiency from another view point).
2.Purity
3.Consciousness unlimited
4.Full knowledge
5.No bondage
6.Infinite grace
7.Infinite power and
8.Infinite bliss
We as child are bundle of only positively packed vigor with energy having only one salient feature, i.e. “believe everything”. We grow up and learn how to be different from inside and outside. A baby catches snake and plays with it. We educate him in different platforms of society and school and make him a fearful child, operating by mind and devoid of human values. Mind starts stretching for the experiences of past, imaginations of future and goes on creating substitutes. We remain engaged in it throughout our life and nothingness is only outcome of it.
Doubt is property of mind which arises out of fear. Cynicism for security makes us a part of mad race where speed is there but direction is not known. Belief perpetuates courage and faster trust which is different from all imaginary hope and it is generated by heart. Mind at the contrary generates fear, sense of insecurity and cowardliness. Impure mind thus masters us, makes us impure and finally craves for impure things. This is circle of impurity. It is necessary to control, purify and still the mind so that we start witnessing wellness.

The Driver is Faith
The motivating power which has been most important throughout history of mankind is faith. Faith in us and faith in God is the only secret of exceptional contribution in this world. Spiritual world and scriptures make us believe that we are immortal spirits and enlightened self. This great conviction motivates and nourishes great action and paves path of conquering our minds maintaining the confidence in our day to day life. This faith is different from trust and hope etc. It is distinguished in some traditional folk stories.
Long-long ago in some ancient town, people decided to pray for rain after a long draught. On the day of prayer people gathered and one boy came with an umbrella. That is faith. If we see feelings of a newborn baby, only one or two years old, when elders throw him in air, he laughs because he knows you will catch him. That is trust. Every night we go to bed and in fact have no assurance of waking up alive the next morning but we still have plans for tomorrow. That is hope. These instances place hope, trust and faith on right juncture and proper order.
Let faith be attribute of strong and not the weak. It might be mixed with emotions but it is a firm decision every time. Let our faith drive our wellness.

Start the Journey
Slow tortoise, fast hare, clever cat, aggressive hen and proud peacock are always real. The logic of selfish and impure person is always dull. The body of creator is light and his spirit is truth, God is compared with fire and light because it rushes upward,purifies everything, has broad bottom and small tip, latent everywhere ceaseless and impartial. Light restores balance, sight and confidence.
Bergson and Hegel etc narrated that everything spiritual is speculative but Indian Philosophy takes it to be purely practical. Traditionally Indian seekers penetrated the veil. The truth cannot be expressed in words. The finite, in fact cannot contain infinite but it follows by actual personal realization. It is to be understood clearly that desire arises out of the life system of identification of the self with mind and body. We have to gradually minimize attachment diluting the sense of identification. When this journey is started the dry path starts witnessing the cool point and flashes of bliss and consciousness. This is what Jesus said "Not my will but thine be done". This bliss is consciousness of unpolluted calmness, it is devoid of contrast and excitement and it is really different from pleasure. It gradually extinguishes the anxiety and allows everything to happen as it is. Thus in due course of time we do not require change and stop wishing for it. It will also slow down the mind and discover infinite joy or bliss stopping the search of contentment outside.

Trap of Ego
After achieving all that we want in this worldly life, we never get fully satisfied with every aspect of our life. Lasting happiness and fulfillment remains far away from us. The thoughts of ownership and doership assemble to make our ego, which is generally precursor of pride and quite akin to our identification in the society. This ego separates us from rest of the world and consciousness as well as greater consciousness.
Even if all the 'If onlys' of our life and all the wishes of a particular moment are fulfilled and materialized, happiness can not be guaranteed. All the implements and sources of happiness gradually become source of depression. Those who search happiness in money, property, possession, investment or portfolio are pray to rude awakening of future making them deplorable.Wealthy are lonely and suspicious, fame of great people, when they stop delivering at a certain stage, makes them very unhappy.Those who love you let you down, leaving you more unhappy.Stimulants and recreations leave you mentally and physically weak and sick. Money in due course looses its value ,bankers do not remain trustworthy and security proves farce. Unless we get rid of undesirable manifestation of ego and we are not stuck in our opinion and imagination, peace and fulfillment remain impossible for us. Let us come out of this rigid belief system and trap of ego. Relinquishing the need to control and judgement we can go beyond our ego. Ego; it is said that changes angels into devils and humility again makes them God. Jealousy and unhappiness are youth stages of ego.
