Importance of Guru

                                 Swami Vivekanand asked Ramkrishna Paramhamsa that he has  read scriptures manytimes,gave discources on Gita and Ramayan.Whether he needed the  harbor of a  saint or Guru.Paramhamsa did not reply but after a few days gave him a parcel which was to be delivered to someone designated by him.                                                                                                                                                                Vivekanand   was  ready when he reached the river, boat and sailor were also ready there but before boarding he thought that he should ask convenient and short route from Paramhamsaji so that it is easy to search and deliver so he came to meet Rama Krishna.Ramkrishna asked him to get seated and said,Narendra, this is my reply to your question regarding a Guru.You know everything and have everything but do  not know the practical and short way.To realise the wisdom of scriptures one needs a guru.Choose a Guru wisely and stay blessed.
