To some extent inconvenient
type of living in which there are lesser equipments of comfort is directly
connected with our health and longer living. Long living people invariably live
in strong family where natural trust and support is there. One has to find ways
to remain physically active and manage to take a break in short intervals so
that compulsory recharging of system and energy is naturally managed. One
should never overeat and as far as possible less carbohydrate and fat diet is
advised with maximum natural products and fruits etc.
Centenarians are trusting and trustworthy and they have faith
in some religion, this is one very common thing with most of them. They
generally have more social support and a vast network of friends and people
around them.
